Immediate per diem Occupational Therapist job opportunity is available in Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Englewood, Colorado.
Peak to Peak Home Healthcare, LLC is a licensed and Medicare/Medicaid-accredited home health agency dedicated to providing high-quality skilled home health services in the Denver metro area and surrounding suburbs.
Peak to Peak Home Healthcare, LLC has established a reliable referral network with local hospital systems, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, and physicians’ offices, and our census continues to outgrow our healthcare team. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. The Occupational Therapist will provide intermittent in-home occupational therapy services, enabling full clinical autonomy and control over their scheduling and patient outcomes. The Occupational Therapist will never be required to perform start of care admission visits. A pay-per-visit system directly impacts compensation when prioritizing volume and efficiency.

This job offers an immediate opening for per diem employment, with assignments thoughtfully selected and matched to the preferred geographical areas. Occasional travel outside of the designated geographical location may be required.

Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado with an active license in good standing with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
- Graduate of a occupational therapy program accredited by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- BLS/CPR certified.
- Comfortable using an EMR platform on a phone or tablet. Paid training is provided.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
- Able to work effectively and independently in the patient’s home environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of experience in a home health or mobile outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.

Duties
- Perform comprehensive in-home assessments and develop customized and individualized plans of care.
- Implement personalized treatments as identified and indicated per the plan of care.
- Maintain effective communication as part of an interdisciplinary team regarding patient care and patient progress, using various communication methods, including the phone, EMR platform, and communication application.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including patient treatment and patient progress.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with occupational therapy standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Be a key member of an outstanding and supportive interdisciplinary team.
- Perform other clinical and clerical duties as assigned.
