Not necessarily. We welcome experienced home health clinicians as well as professionals transitioning from hospital, clinic, or facility settings. What matters most is your clinical competency, professionalism, and alignment with our values.
Requirements vary by role. Nurses must hold a valid Colorado RN or LPN license without stipulations. Therapists must be licensed in Colorado in their respective discipline. HHAs must hold current Colorado HHA certification. All credentials are verified during the hiring process.
Yes. All candidates must pass a thorough background check and reference verification as required by the State of Colorado and our ACHC accreditation standards.
Peak to Peak Home Healthcare serves patients in the Denver metro area and surrounding suburbs. Field staff are assigned cases within a reasonable proximity to their home location.
Once your application is reviewed, we typically complete the phone interview, in-person interview, credentialing, and orientation within a few weeks. Timelines may vary based on position and documentation.
